蘇斯達's most serious problems are 1) how to lead the team to win with style and 2) not to make the stupid president angry.
In my view, he's a player who is good at creativity. However, when being a coach, his style is a little bit conservative. Thus, he has to think about how to lead the stars to win in a beautiful way.

It seems that Robben will leave the club.
Indeed, he's not happy to stay in the club as he cannot make a new contract with the club and his relationship with his manager is not good.

In my view, Deco has potential to have good performance in Premier League.
